INTERNI CRE-ACTION

DATE

2025

The external structure

is formed by the intersection of two volumes at different heights, and is

characterised by a light construction system of cold-pressed steel and fibre

reinforced gypsum slabs, dynamic and flexible, with an anthracite coloured

box that acts as a covering for the corten core which, with its oxidised

materiality, speaks of time and resistance.

The metal casing invites entry with a perimeter LED, which opens up access

to another dimension.

There was a time when the Golden Age evoked images of prosperity and

progress. But today, is the future really built on precious surfaces, or rather

on materials capable of transformation and durability?

Studio Marco Piva’s installation for Saint-Gobain invites exploration.

Two boxes, one emerging from the other, prompt the questioning about the

possibilities of materials, in their many variations and finishes. A responsible

architecture made entirely of materials from Saint-Gobain’s vast offer,

introduces us to a new world of experimentation.
