The main objective has been to realize a house made for family intimacy, a space where the separation in rooms is minimized, so as to favour life together. The pavilion hosting the guest house extends through a fascinating colonnade, where the entrance of the Art gallery, personally managed by a curator, is situated. The project result is an elegant and refined designing style.

Studio Marco Piva, together with the local architect EGO Architecture of Egest Goxhaj & Partners, has curated the interior design of a villa situated in the heart of the residential development area known as “Rolling Hills Luxury Residences”, composed by 122 luxury villas plunged in the green hills south-east of Tirana.
