The project involves the redevelopment of the area of the former

“Fisherman’s Village,” where a hotel complex, a building intended for

residential and a commercial space will be built.

The project is planned in continuity with the surrounding context,

encouraging green areas and the use of high-tech and sustainable

performance materials, as well as photovoltaic solutions.
