“La Dolce Vita” the New Italian Lifestyle Town: future touristic,
residential, productive and technological heart in Yangtze River Delta.
The design strategy is aimed to create a central focus point to give
strong and unique structure to the masterplan: “The Water Plaza”.
The plot will become an attractive core for tourists, residents, businesses
and investments. It will expand its influence in the sourronding areas to
make it a new leading development zone in Yangtze River Delta.
In the development strategy the Italian Lifestyle Town and Industrial
Zone in Taozhuang shall play a greater role, actively taking a step to
the forefront, rising to the development opportunities brought by the
new round of industrial reform and gradually becoming one of the most
attractive locations for high quality coordination development platform
in Yangtze River Delta.
