five-star luxury hotel redefines the concept of a self-sustaining hospitality

destination. Just 25 minutes from the Dubai shoreline, the hotel is designed

Conceived by Studio Marco Piva, the architectural language draws inspiration

from marine geometry, featuring clean lines and curvilinear forms that echo

the fluidity of the sea, executed with a high level of elegance and precision.

The masterplan adopts a starfish-like layout, creating a clear spatial hierarchy

and seamless division between various functions. This configuration not only

ensures unobstructed panoramic views of the surrounding waters but also

enhances privacy, comfort, and experiential flow across the resort.
