The project is part of the urban regeneration project that will contribute

to the revitalization of the Pisan coastline, which lies at the estuary

of the Arno River, through real estate development for receptive,

commercial and residential purposes. The area will house high-end

apartments of various sizes facing the marina sideways, as well as a

commercial component on the ground floors of each lot, totaling 1,800

square meters.

The central island, on the other hand, will feature a club,

open to the public, with a mixed function that will offer a restaurant,

a gymnasium with spa and a swimming pool. The buildings, all in

energy class A, will feature a timeless design thanks to the use of new-

generation, technologically advanced materials with a strong

emphasis on sustainability.
