A diversified architectural panorama characterizes the territorial context of the project: the vast area of Milan known as the San Siro zone.

The Masterplan by Studio Marco Piva extends over a triangular area and solves an urban void that has been abandoned for years, contributing to the active redevelopment of the neighborhood. The Masterplan involves the construction of two residential complexes for a total of approximately 22,000 sqm of SL.

The green landscape will play a dominant role: a new lifestyle in which the “home” will be the chosen place for a “new sociabily” of the urban family and the neighbourhood.
